Zorgpool is a web application that supports the Dutch healthcare industry, aiming to optimize staff management and improve recruitment processes in the medical sector. This platform enables healthcare institutions, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities, to quickly and efficiently find qualified staff, including nurses, doctors, and caregivers.

The web application we created for our client allows filtering candidates by specialization, availability, and location. This project is also helpful for healthcare workers who can adjust their schedules to fit their needs, giving them more control over their working hours.

Extensive application functionality

Employees can use the Zorgpool app to schedule their shifts at times and locations that suit them best. Zorgpool also offers features for tracking working hours, generating reports, and processing payments, which makes financial management easier for both employees and healthcare institutions.

The app also supports collaboration and communication between staff and management in healthcare facilities, enabling quick updates about schedule changes, replacement needs, or additional shifts.

Application designed to meet customer requirements

Based on the functional design we received from the client, we developed implementation steps for all the features. Many of these features were non-standard. To meet the specified requirements, we created several custom modules responsible for specific functions within the system.

API integration with external applications

Our task also included integrating the system with an external application that allows for time tracking. This enables healthcare staff to accurately log their working hours, which are then used for calculating labor costs.
